Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Traktion Studio website (traktionstudio.com) and the services offered through it. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to the Session Booking Agreement, which you acknowledge during the booking process. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session time — $100 for services under $500, or 50% for services $500 and above.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

The Traktion Studio name, logo, and website content are our property. You may not use them without written permission. Ownership of recordings produced during sessions is governed by the Session Booking Agreement.

Website Use

Don't misuse the site. That means no attempting to access admin areas without authorization, no submitting fraudulent bookings or contact forms, no scraping, and no automated abuse of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

Traktion Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
